Welcome to OhioMATYC!
In November 1972, a group of mathematics educators from two-year colleges in Ohio considered the benefits of the formation of an organization which would focus its attention on the professional concerns of mathematics educators at the two-year level. The Ohio Mathematics Association of Two-Year Colleges (OhioMATYC) was founded in Columbus on April 28, 1973 to respond to these concerns.
OhioMATYC is a state-wide organization composed of two-year college mathematics educators interested in the teaching and learning of mathematics. OhioMATYC holds a meeting in the spring at various locations across Ohio.
Spring 2012 Meeting
The OhioMATYC/MichMATYC joint spring meeting will be held on April 20 & 21 at Maumee Bay State Park.

New this year -- there will be three breakout rooms -- two with our traditional talks listed in the program, and a third room (White Egret) for exhibitor presentations. Pearson will be sponsoring our Friday social hour and will be offering sessions in White Egret on Friday. Cengage will be sponsoring our Friday afternoon snack break and offering sessions on Saturday. Math Machines will also be presenting in White Egret on Saturday.
